Auth: Bearer {{api_key}} (inherited).

Plan note: Only Basic is restricted. It can send messages and use getGroupList, sent/pending lists, most Client APIs, and getSettings. Webhook, event-scope, Channel, and many Message/Group/Chat/Contact actions need a plan above Basic. See the collection description for the Basic list.
